Room Near Albany Med/St Peters

Hi all! Looking for a roommate for when my best friend moves out in December. I'm F, place is in the vicinity of Albany Med. It's rather small and the common areas are already furnished, so would be better for someone who doesnt have a lot of furniture! I am somewhere between neat and messy and prefer someone similar. I'm relatively quiet and out of the house several evenings a week. Prefer a woman or queer person in their . Please no cigarette smokers but friendly, and I am allergic to cats. 

Room is I think with a small closet. There is some extra storage in two hall closets and there is a full basement with a washer and dryer. I work from home one day a week and have a wfh station set up in the living room that is available to use if you need it. On street parking but there is always space to park and the rules arent super hard to follow. Rent is about $ plus utilities, but internet is included. Neighbors and neighborhood are quiet despite the proximity to the hospital.
