Hello! We are looking for a new roommate in our SOMA household who aims to stay until January . We are a queer household and prefer a queer femme roommate (early s) who is unapologetically themselves!
The bedroom is spacious and easily fits a queen-sized bed and large desk, built-in closet is included. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The common areas are fully furnished. We have a laundry and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfy living room including DJ decks! (We love techno and love to spend our weekend nights at f8 which is right around the block 😃) Our apartment also includes a private rooftop.
We are one block away on Folsom Street and are well connected via public transport, bike, and car. The bus stop is around the corner, the BART station is a min walk and the Caltrain station is min biking on protected lanes.
