Hi! I am looking for a female roommate for around January (flexible)! Its a high rise corner unit downtown, with floor to ceiling windows. Looking for someone preferably in their s, with a full time job or in grad school

About me: , very clean, work as an electrical engineer :)

- Floor to ceiling windows
- Brand new apartment, first to live in the unit
- Big walk in closets, big private bathroom, fully build out closet

- We have and pilates classes every week at the gym studio
- Giant modern gym with floor to ceiling windows all around
- Largest pool area in downtown
- We have really cool events like candle making and taco trivia night
- Across the street from UCF Downtown campus
