Hello! I’m currently looking for someone (UK student/Employee) to take over my lease from 1st November at the Royalty Court (Waller Avenue) . We are here from August 1st. It's near the UK campus and just walking distance from the blue route stop. This place is just beside Waller center/Yu YU asian shop/Sam's Halal/Family Dollar. The apartment is well lit and clean and pretty big as one bedroom apartment.

Apartment Details: 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom + 1 large living room + large kitechen area (Total Sqf).

Rent: $ a month+ Utilities ($ for one resident and adds $ more for each, we pay $ as we are two adult residing ) Utilities:Electricity+Gas+ Internet. (water is free)
★Laundry available right at the this building.
Lease Term: 1st November nd July .
