Looking for someone to take over my lease as of November .
The lease ends in July , with the option to renew at that time.
It’s a bath apartment. The roommate is female, and would prefer another female to live with. However, Avenue Living has the final say in who moves into the space.
You’d need to fill out an application and be approved before moving in.
Above are photos of what is currently my bedroom, as well as the living room, kitchen and in suite laundry. I will add photos of the shared bathroom asap.
Rent is $ plus hydro and wifi, total is typically between $/month. Pets are allowed upon approval, extra $/month. No smoking in the building, but there are smoking spots outside.
I have just bought a place, and I’m looking for someone to sign over my lease to.
