Description

I'm renting two bedrooms in the basement. Comes with beds, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. No pets allowed.
It is not a walk-out basement, the main entrance will be shared by the landlord & tenant. Two nice walk-in closets.
Very close to Vienna metro stations & bus is right around the corner. Next to Fair City Mall. Groceries & shopping outlet is within walking distance.
I prefer a tenant who loves to live in a very clean & quiet environment.

The basement will be rented to single females only. Please get in touch with me only if you are willing to share your phone number with the landlord before making an appointment to visit the rental room.
George Mason University & NOVA Community College is very close. It is a perfect place for students to live.
The attached photos are the actual size of both rooms. Furniture's in this photo just for show except for two beds.
A background check will be conducted before the rental agreement.
Deposits need to be paid before moving in.
