Hi! Looking for a woman/femme roommate preferably. Renting a room in our bath apartment in Oakland. The room is available October 1st. It’s about a minute walk from Lake Merritt, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, and the Grand Lake Theatre area.

Rent is including utilities: electricity, wifi, and housecleaning 1x/month of general areas.

about us: mid s professional women with a tiny adorable dog. laid back and try to keep the common areas clean for everyone’s use. smoking happens in backyard.

Initial payment would be $ deposit and first month's rent, as well as a $ credit check charge.
