I’m looking to rent out this spare bedroom and bathroom its has its own bathroom. The rest the would be shared like kitchen and laundry room would be shared with me. Outside parking, free internet the price everything included like rent and Xcel. No smoking in the house. On day of move-in would need a nonrefundable deposit $ and first months rent. Well if have any other questions message me. There would be a year or more lease signed. I would do a background check and check your job verification. Everything like that before moving in. Room won’t be available until end of November. I’m just trying to start the finding of the person now to get the ball rolling.
