3 of us live here currently and the 4th room is currently available. Whole place is bath townhouse in Covington, 5 minute walk from Main St, and Madison Ave. The blue room shown is the available bedroom, it is on the 3rd floor, the rent is $ total, split into $ each, and a $ initial security deposit, we only pay for gas/electric & internet separately, person must be okay with a dog and a cat being in the house, someone would be preferred, but it's not that deep if the shoe fits, we're all close friends in the place.
