Hi I’m looking for a roommate. The apartment its a bathroom, with a living room, balcony, kitchen and laundry room. Free parking, community pool and gym available for tenants.

The rent is roughly $ including internet and water. The electricity is separate but the bill will get divided in 2 which it's usually ish I have the lease until the end of May. If you’re interested or know someone that could be pls reach out to me so I could provide them with more information!
