3 rooms near campus fall

Description

there are three rooms available in a house 5 blocks away from campus. Parking is included. There is a mother-in-law suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette, as well as access to the room through the house or from outside. The other rooms share a newly renovated bathroom with me. The rooms are unfurnished however, I own the furniture in the living room so that is taken care of. We have a large backyard that is fenced in and great for pets. I have two dogs and I’m open to cats or dogs as long as they are friendly it’s an additional cost
unless they are a service animal or emotional support animal with paperwork. The owner sells parking on game days in the front yard and backyard but we are still allowed to park here for free. This past year the college of dentistry has paid to tailgate in the backyard instead of the owner doing parking, which has gone smoothly. I am looking for roommates, who are willing to share cleaning responsibilities and household supplies. Currently my roommates and I have a weekly cleaning schedule and split costs of cleaning supplies or household items.
