Spain🇪🇸— Julia and I, Víctor . We are looking for a couple who would like to share our lease in Burleigh Heads, starting from the th of November.

🔸Here’s some important information:

Current Lease Situation: Our one-year contract is ending soon, and we’re looking for someone who would like to stay for one month (October-November) and then share the lease with us starting November th.
Commitment: We're looking for someone who can commit to the full months, as there will be a contract starting from the th of November.
Location: The apartment is newly renovated with beach views and is in a prime location in Burleigh Heads:
📍3 minutes walking to Woolworths and the bus stop
📍5 minutes walking to Burleigh Pavilion
Apartment Details 🏡:
2 bedrooms🛏️and 2 bathrooms🛁
You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom
Open kitchen connected to the living room
Balcony with beach views

Tennis court🎾
1 Parking spot
Cost: $ per week for the room and private bathroom + water bill. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included, but the monthly cost is minimal. The total cost for the whole apartment is $.
