Hello! Young professional in their twenties looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in starting October Nineteenth. I own the home and the rental area includes a private bedroom and private bathroom with a shared living space. Shared living space includes kitchen, living room, dining room, and office. There is laundry in the basement along with private driveway parking. There is a twelve month option, a month option, and month-to-month option can be discussed. Monthly expenses are rent amount plus utilities. There is a hundred dollar security deposit. Pets are welcome and there is a $thirty/month pet fee. I am looking for someone that is responsible, clean, and will help treat the space well. Background Check and proof of employment are required. There is NO application fee.
