Beautiful home with rooms for rent

Fully furnished house with large yard off of the freeway between Bell and Greenway. full bathrooms and a bathroom off the kitchen/garage. (You would be parking in the driveway not the garage) I am looking for either 1 person that can pay $ roommates or a couple (would be per person with 3 of us total in the house). You would have a private bathroom if able to pay the $. The master has an en suite so I never use the other 2 bathrooms. I can leave room furnished also... There are 3 rooms that you would have your choice of, one having a larger closet/right across the hall from bathroom, one with smaller closet and across from bathroom and one being on the opposite side of the house as the other rooms. I have couches and TVs in both living room and front area as well as TVs in all the available rooms for rent I would be leaving in there for you. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and newer appliances. I have a pool table that you may use respectfully and a great patio and backyard with a little fire pit. It's hard to show everything so please message me with any questions.
