These two rooms are in a upstairs house in a four bedroom home. No drama. Must have a job. Month to month. Welcome all races. The Common area will be cleaned once a week by cleaners. You are responsible for kitchen area and your room. cameras are on the outside of house front and back. Security lights comes on when you pull up to House. There is a park and a pool in walking distance. Also, you are close to UVA walking distance to all games and events.There are a few trails close by. Wi-Fi electric and water are all included. This is a quiet,clean safe environment. No hard drugs or alcoholics period.
