Room in NoDa loft

Bedroom in loft just outside of downtown NoDa. We are a gay guy upstairs, a straight girl downstairs, and the cutest dog in the world that has the entire place as his playground. Your room would be on the second floor. It already has a king size bed, nightstand and mounted TV. Attached to your bedroom is your own private bathroom with walk-in shower and bench. The room is semi-private. As this is a loft, our walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. So the right candidate has to be comfortable with noise although we are all respectful of each other and have not had any issues. Looking for somebody ASAP.
