Clean & Quiet Private Room in Condo

Description

This two-story condo is located less than minutes from I- minutes from Burlington to the south and St. Albans to the north. You will have a private room currently furnished with basic necessities, and you will share the bathroom and common spaces (first floor living room and kitchen) of the unit with the property owner.

Current furnishings in the room include a twin-size bed with a brand-new mattress and two sets of sheets, two pillows, a side-table and lamp, a bookshelf, a TV, and a spacious dresser and closet. Also included are two sets of towels/washcloths. The owner is willing to supply additional items upon request. Laundry is located in the basement of the unit

An unfinished basement and lots of shared closet space throughout the unit are also available for any storage needs. There is also a deck out back with a patio table and chairs you are welcome to use to enjoy some sunshine!

All utilities, trash, recycling, and internet are included in the rental price. The owner will also provide all basic cleaning supplies and paper products, etc. An $ deposit is required, which is refundable after moving-out.
