Room for rent in Orchards

Description

This is a two bath apartment with washer and dryer, dish washer and balcony. My lease is up in March, but I need to move back to my hometown as soon as possible. The apartment is shared with two lovely young ladies, ages nineteen and twenty, and a cat named Poogie ( very sweet, the LOML, loves to cuddle ). They are both very respectful, clean and over all great roommates. The complex has a pool as well as a gym. The base rent is around thirty and utilities leaves the total around hundred per person. The room is spacious with a lot of natural light and the main bathroom would be shared with one of the roommates.
