Room available in Astoria, Queens

Astoria, NY I have a room available immediately or you can move in at the beginning of November. It is thirteen hundred a month for the room, and utilities average out to about sixty a person each month throughout the year. The apartment is a very spacious size with a great kitchen that has a very large island counter to prepare food on. As well as a great little backyard that's only ours to use, and I already have my Webber grill back there which I don't mind sharing.This apartment is in a great location in Astoria, it is less than a minute walk to the subway, mainly because it is located close to the subway. Yes the noise is there, but it doesn't bother you especially when watching tv or listening to music, and I got used to it very quickly myself.It is only a few blocks away from Astoria Park, and it's a short walk to either Broadway or Steinway, it's really an amazing location if you like exploring the city, eating at restaurants, shopping, and going to bars.I'm a thirty four year old male who works in hospitals as a clinical specialist. I enjoy cooking, movies, boardgames/videogames and exploring the city. I'm a clean and considerate roommate who is willing to talk and be open about any problems that may arise.
