Seeking 3rd Roomate

Description

Looking for a 3rd roommate to complete our bath in Central East Austin. Move in date asap, can be flexible. Must be pet friendly, as we have a dog in the house.

The house is a little older, but has a washer/dryer in unit, gas stove, a big fenced-in backyard, double garage, and plenty of parking in the driveway.

Available room is the master bedroom with a private bath, $/month + utilities. 4th bedroom is used as a guest bedroom/office.

We are looking for a non (tobacco)-smoking, drama free, clean, and tidy individual. The house is in a great location and very walkable neighborhood, plenty of food/shops/bars nearby.

About us (Keven & Tyler Spence):
Two working professionals in our late s, one of us works from home occasionally. We play a lot of sports around town, mostly volleyball, soccer, and running. We enjoy concerts, comedy shows, and being outdoors. I have a dog, Archer, a 9 year old shepherd mix. We’ve lived at the house for a couple years now and just looking to replace our third roommate leaving. We have a good relationship with the landlord and neighbors.
