Furnished or unfurnished. Tenant decides.
All applicants will need to pass a background check and sign a month to month lease. No Acceptations!
All applicants will also need to provide 3 months of bank statements or tax filings. No Acceptations!
First Month plus a Security Deposit equal to the monthly rent to move in.
This is a rental property and I will not be living in the home. Currently there 3 other tenants living at this location.
