- All closet and shelf space will be cleared for you
- Desk, computer, and everything else in photo besides the bed
will be moved out for you

Bathroom:
- Full bathroom all to yourself

Laundry:
- Washer+Dryer in unit

Common Areas:
- Large couch and TV in living room
- Large kitchen
- Balcony with small table and rocking chairs

Property:
- Newly constructed building with pool, hot tub, grills, coffee machine, conference room, and clubhouse
