My friend and I (both M) are moving into a beautiful BA apartment in Hayes Valley and are looking for a fun, friendly, relatively tidy person to fill the third room! Rent is $ per month (depending on what room you want) plus utilities, move-in as early as October, to last for a year (preferred), though we’re willing to discuss alternative timelines if needed. Must be pet-friendly, as Josh has a bunny :)
