Private room for rent

My roommate and I are looking to add another female to our 3 bedroom house in SE Aurora available September 1st. We are located off Gartrell and Arapahoe road, only minutes from DIA and minutes to downtown Denver.
We are both in our mid-twenties and work a lot so our living situation is very low key.
I have one dog named Boujee who is a perfect boy and does not cause chaos.
We are trying to find someone that is tidy and respectful of the common areas.
Respectful, non-destructive pets are welcome!
The bedroom available is the master bedroom on the first floor. It has a bathtub, shower, and a large walk-in closet. This comes fully furnished including king sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, and towels in the bathroom.
There is a garage and a nice sized backyard that would be great for your dog and outdoor seating on the porch.
The community is very quiet and there is a community pool as well open through September.
