Room Available in a Spacious, Friendly Home – Great Location & Amenities

We are looking for a female roommate to join our welcoming, co-ed household. The current housemates include two males and one female, all in their early twenties. One of our female roommates recently moved out due to a new job out of state, and we’re looking for another female to maintain a balanced living environment.

Our home offers convenient access to Route and Braddock Road, with plenty of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. Inside, the house features two spacious living rooms, a night deck, and in-unit laundry. The available room is cozy, and there's a shared office in the basement that’s generally unused during the day. If you need extra space, we have plenty of storage available.

We are a friendly group with one student who also works part-time and two full-time professionals. One roommate enjoys cooking, while the others don’t cook often, and we all get along very well. The neighborhood is cannabis-friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back and inclusive.
