3 affordable private rooms available for rent in a Menlo Park house. On-property parking, walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and 1 minute from the highway.

There are three rooms available:

- $ (Room with single bed)
- $ (White Duvet)

The rooms won't be furnished, but there is usually extra stuff around.

The house has three full bathroom, and each one is shared with people.

Move-in date September 1st.

There will be 7 people total in the house (including you) and we are all laid-back, fun guys. 3 guys recently moved out, so we are looking to replace them. We are looking for someone to participate in the chill social atmosphere at the house. The house itself is calm, we don’t throw parties here or anything, but we like chatting and hanging out in the evenings, going out together, BBQs in the yard, and going on trips.

House is a bit old but we have a pretty good setup in the living room with a ” projector screen and a nice backyard with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and dining table. Even a couple of fruit trees if that’s your thing. HOUSE DETAILS:
- 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms
- 1 full kitchen; pots, pans, utensils etc. all free to use.
- 1 kitchenette in the back of house with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink and additional cupboard space
- Backyard with BBQ grills, firepit and a shed for bikes
- Central heating
- Furnished Living room with couches, ” screen with projector, coffee tables.
- Furnished Dining room with tables and chairs
- Furnished WFH area with desks and chairs (doesn’t get used much so it’s all yours!)
- 2 Gbps AT&T Fiber internet
- Basic household supplies included
- Laundry in the house (x dryer)
- Driveway parking available and included

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking/drugs
- No pets
- No room sharing
- 1 month notice required for move-out.
