I have a private bedroom & private bathroom to rent out for one (1) person in beautiful Palmer Lake, Colorado: Eighthundred per month. (This app doesn’t allow numbers in captions?)

❎This rental is pet free and smoke/drug free.

-The lease contract is 6 months (renewable)
-Traditional upfront payment is required
-Security deposit is Hundred And Fifty dollars

The lease/rent includes:
1) ALL utilities
2) Washer & Dryer
3) WiFi internet
4) Appliance stocked Kitchen
5) private bathroom
6) walk-in closet
7) Extra storage closet in the hallway
8 )Parking is available on street or separate rent is optional for the garage
9 ) A queen size bed

-This is a shared home; meaning there are just two other tenants living in their own separate rooms with private bathrooms. Common areas are shared. 🙂
