You can be catholic, Christian, Jewish or gentile, I don't care, as long as you keep your business to yourself! We are drama free and easy to get along with! Seeking responsible adults w/ his, her bills! You are more than welcome to have friends and family over. However, we are not party central or an AirBNB. Not looking for a month to month, more of a 6 month to a year. I am always flex on your time-frame. If this is a listing that will suit your comfort, you will be required to fill out an application and pay deposit! Deposit can be in form of money order or cashiers check. This deposit holds your space. "ROOM WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT AN APPLICATION & DEPOSIT!" Deposit pays for last months utilities and cleaning fee’s/ painting. Deposit is non- refundable! However, if something should come up in your background check DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED! We are not looking to make best friends. However, we are easy to get along with and that is important.

We are two adults, neat and clean is a must, especially when sharing common areas, such as Kitchen, bathroom and living-room! Since common areas are shared we also share in the household chores. This means, "We all clean periodically!" "NOT ONLY IF IT LOOKS DIRTY!" That means one must not need to remind the other to do so! As your rent does not include maid service. You "MUST" have your rent in full each and every month regardless of any given situation! You "MUST" be employed! Drugs are not permitted in our home! If you are friendly I can respect that, just respect our home and do it outside! We are second amendment friendly, but that too can be kept outside our home. We get along very well in the home and are respectful of each other!
