Room for rent

I am looking for someone male or female to rent out one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment complex is called Kingswood and is less than a mile from Franklin Street. The room is private with a closet and is currently being used as my office space. There is one shared bathroom, and the other communal spaces include the sofa, living room, TV, dining table, kitchen, fridge and pretty much anything in the apartment. Parking is a one time fee of $, which I can cover on lease terms more than 4 months. I am open to do any length term leases from 2 months up. Rent is $ and utilities are a flat fee of $ a month.
