Looking for a third roommate !

Preferably looking for another female roommate (GIRL POWER) to move in October 1st! There are two of us already here, and there are two bathrooms we all share. We have a washer and dryer in the home, as well as a spacious backyard! We pay for wifi you can join in on. Utilities don’t usually cost over $ a month. It is a non smoking property but plenty of places to walk and spark up! We only ask for first months rent upon move in ($).
