Room for rent in condo! Great size, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Private patio facing the mountains, beautiful view and we have washer/dryer in house. Includes parking space, shared storage unit, pool, gym, office/library, beautiful property. Generous living room size, decent kitchen size with lots of cabinet/pantry space. Rent is $ a month and includes all utilities except for electricity, which we’d split (usually around $ a month per person). It’s just me and my one cat! We are quiet and keep to ourselves-I work a lot and when I’m gone, I typically take him to be babysat so he’s gone too. Lots of privacy!
