LOOKING FOR ROOMATE

My husband and I are looking for someone to move into our second bedroom in our apartment to take a load off of us.
They would be half the rent ($), and we will take care of utilities and wifi.
The apartment is sqft, extremely spacious, has a fireplace, and we have the living room and dining room furnished.
I cook and have no problem making them a plate.
We just want someone who will go pick up some necessities every once in a while.
We already have 2 dogs (pugs), very tame, friendly and quiet spend most of the time in our bedroom or in their kennel while we are at work.
We have an extra twin mattress if needed.
They have their own closet, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, (one is in our bedroom).
We have no prior background red flags lol.
