Rent a room for 2 months

Hi,
I am looking for a clean, friendly and respectful roommate for a spared room in my apartment.
I am working in IT field in an American company in Tokyo. I am Chinese born Korean. Been in Japan for 4 years. I have also lived in Australia and Ireland. I don't go to the office very often. But will go at least once a week.
The apartment is less than 5 mins walk to Keio Inadazutsumi station. It takes around mins to go to Shinjuku and Shibuya from the apartment. The Inadazutsumi station for the Nambu line is also mins away by walk. The Tama river is less than mins away. It is a very relaxing place with all the nature.
The apartment is overall plus a balcony. Fully furnished. Beside the rent, the UTILITY BILLS (internet, gas, water, electricity) will need to be shared by us.
