Looking for Roomate

Hey! My names Dan and I’m a straight male who’s years old. I am currently renting a back house and am looking for a roommate. I would not mind sharing the room with someone and having 2 separate beds as the room is connected to the restroom and has the best AC or possibly even creating another “room”. For a quick set up too I can just have a sofa bed in the living room if you were looking for a short place stay to save money at. If you want the room alone it’ll be but if you take the smaller space or share the room . Sharing the room would not be immediate unless we both see we’re chill and nonchalant about sharing a space. I’ve had roommates before so I am accustomed to it and just sharing cleaning and upkeep. Keep in mind as well the room has access to the bathroom and since it is a shared bathroom it would be hard to keep the door locked for whoever has the room. So with this circumstance, understand I would want us mutually comfortable!! So this is really finding a great room mate! Besides that as my roommate resume! I have a Nintendo switch and an Xbox, I can cook food and I have a people pleaser mindset so I am easy to get along with. For my free time trying new foods and going to views or hikes and enjoying nature are some things I enjoy. I have adhd and have golden retriever energy. This place is a work in progress for decor so I am still trying to set it up which would help be a canvas to YOU the possible roommate. So keep this in mind I’m looking for a cool person who’s cool with my vibe and me with there’s. So hopefully we’re a fit!! Basically trying to be like best friends moving together!
