Hi there!

We are looking for a female roommate to share a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Lakeview! We love this area, and the apartment vibe is very cozy. We are looking for someone laid back and fun to join us.

The apartment in itself is in a great location just minutes from the CTA Brown Line and Ashland and Addison buses. It is close to Southport Corridor, Roscoe Village and Lincoln Avenue with lots of fun restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It is also about 6 block from Wrigley Field.

The apartment is currently fully furnished, but we are not opposed to moving things around to accomodate furniture or items you would like to bring.

A bed and a dresser for the available room might be available if you are in need or interested. The apartment has coin operated laundry in the basement. We are currently offering the available room for $ plus around $ for utilities/month per person. This will include central air, heat and internet connection.

We have an outdoor deck that is fairly a new addition to the building, to enjoy some fresh air and an outdoor space. Lease starts at September 1st.

We are two female professionals in our mid s, laid back and very respectful of our private spaces. One of us works from home in a hybrid schedule but rarely take phone calls so the apartment remains very quiet and relaxing.

We would love to hang out together occassionally, maybe hang out for dinner, paint activities, etc. but mostly spend our days off with our friends or retreating to our own spaces.

We live with a lovable lap cat named Beau, who is very curious and sweet.

We love Chicago and enjoy living in this cozy apartment and hope to be here for a while.
