Bedroom With Shared Bathroom (me)

I have a townhome. I have roommates (bf/gf) in the basement. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. I am in one bedroom. Would share bathroom.. I put a lot of thought into my decisions so I feel comfortable with $. I think it is all around a good price. Everything Included. I’m a pretty quiet guy, enjoy my space and would be respectful of yours.
