Searching for roommate for November

Description

My current roommate is heading home and will not be signing a new lease. The house is well insulated and I conserve well so bills aren't ever too high. With gas, electric water and internet and rent ( a person) I calculated for it to be somewhere between ish depending on winter and summer fluctuations. I have a cat but she is an old sweetheart who sleeps most of the day in the sun and won't be a bother. I do have allergies to some dog breeds and such and since she is old and I do not have a fenced backyard I do not want a roommate with animals. It's an extra a month for any animal and I won't pay more than I already am. I put cat box in the laundry room in the back so it doesn't stink up the house and bathe her once a month 🙃 I have a washer but no dryer so you'll have to hang dry or take to laundry mat. I do expect roommate to clean up after themselves (like bathroom nastiness, their own dishes and taking turns to mow lawn in summer months/take down trash every week) and for them to just have some common courtesy for our shared space. I rent through a company that will vet and do background on you and want to know your pay as well. They are a great company.. You have to pay an application fee to them to apply and I believe a move in fee but I would obv want to meet in person and vet myself before you were to be able to apply. Can't just invite anyone into my safe space without proper vetting meeting myself.
