(Move in fee is deposit and will be returned when you move out.) Hello we are a quiet professional gay couple renting our second bedroom with a private bathroom and one garage parking spot. The room is the picture with the computer desks and large closet and will be empty and clean for you to move in. The large private bathroom is right outside your room. We have our own bathroom. Washer and dryer in the house and community has pool and large grassy areas. We have a dog with minimal shedding who loves to cuddle and sleeps most of the day. Any help playing with him and letting him out to use the restroom is appreciated! We are looking for somebody who doesn’t play loud music or have too many guests over. All other parts of the house are shared. We both work and go to the gym after work. At night when we are home, we usually play video games or watch tv shows most evenings. It’s a great spot close to ASU, the ten freeway, with major shopping centers including Walmart and Costco around the corner! We would like to have a meet and greet at McDonald’s as a first step! Utilities included unless you use a lot of electricity, we would need to discuss.
