Looking for Subletter in Clemson

Hi, I'm looking for someone to sublease my room at Clemson Edge. The sublease will be from January to July. The room is on the second floor. It has its own bathroom and closet. There are three other roommates who are sophomores at Clemson. The Catbus makes two stops in the Clemson Edge complex all day long as early as 6am and as late as midnight. There is a beautiful swimming pool, clubhouse, volleyball and basketball court.

Rent is $ per month plus utilities. I am flexible to take some money off the rent per month if this figure is not in your budget. I am a full time staff at Clemson who relocated here in January and now looking to move into my own apartment unit with my husband. Please contact me if interested.
