Hey! I’m looking to either rent out a room or find a new roommate! My budget is flexible for the right situation. I’d like to live in Elgin, but I’m open to the surrounding neighborhoods! I don’t have any kids or pets. I’m just looking to move out of my folks place and ideally share a space to keep costs down. I’m a regular person and have a consistent income
