**water softener system, ensuring all water, including your shower, is filtered and safe to drink.
**Move-in fee is a deposit. You’ll get it back in the end if room/bathroom has no damages
**Smoking is allowed only outside unless it’s a vape
**No pets/ fur babies. No not even if it has no hair.
