Looking for PRIVATE ROOM/ROOMATE

I am only looking in the Manchester New Hampshire area only! I am a year-old single female looking to rent a private room/space or a roommate to get a pot potential place with. Since I am looking to move as soon as absolute possible it would be quickest to rent a room and or space from somebody that already has a house or an apartment. if you are in the process of getting a place or have one in need an additional person to help with rent I’m completely open to that too as well as possibly getting a place together as long as it’s very quick! I work Monday through Friday and I go to bed early and wake up early. I do have a cat but he has all his shots and he is very healthy. He is a nonnegotiable. I am very clean, outgoing, respectful, well mannered and helpful by nature. I don’t have a preference over a male or female and I’m LGBTQ friendly. I like to keep my area clean and organized and would like to live in an area that is the same. I clean up after myself and always keep things in areas as clean as when I left them or even cleaner/better. I am open to living with an elderly couple that needs some extra help around the house or anybody that has handicap needs as I used to work as a licensed nurse but no longer do anymore and would have to get real estate certified if I wanted to. like I said I work Monday through Friday and I do volunteer at the Hope recovery center when I can and I have a routine of my own which keeps me busy.
