humble sized bedroom foothills in Boise near Hyde Park utilities included, application fee required, no drama, can't believe it needs to be said but cleaning up after self is mandatory lol. I am friendly however this is a no smoking campus so smoking requires a walk or drive around block. I am party sometimes but I stay to myself in room % of the time. I am looking for a person that can respect quiet times particularly on weekdays(after pm), respect common areas by keeping clean. I am a working professional with standard working hours Monday through Friday I am not a judgy person and would expect the same as I try and maintain an environment of freedom yet safe living.
