Seeking mature, financially stable female to share this townhome with me (WFH tech professional), my teen daughter (junior in HS) and our 9 year old Puggle dog. See pictures for a sense of the home. Bedroom is unfurnished - pictures show prior housemates furnishings. Rent includes all utilities as follows: electric, gas, water, garbage, wifi, Netflix & Prime Video. One space in 2 car garage is for you as well as dedicated cabinet space in kitchen. LR, DR, kitchen and in-unit laundry are shared spaces.
