-Your own spacious bedroom overlooking courtyard; includes private closet plus space in shared closets
-Shared spaces include kitchen, living room/dining room, and bathroom. These are mostly furnished but I'll make space for whatever you bring with you
-Plentiful free street parking on quiet residential street. For real- I've lived all over Chicago and the parking here is remarkably stress-free compared to every other place I've lived.
-Quick and easy on and off access to interstate (California/Diversey or Fullerton exits)
-Short walk to California Blue Line, heart of Logan Square, and Bucktown
-LGBTQ+ friendly building
-Two sweet, affectionate cats who will love you but probably won't love other animals... sorry...

THE ROOMIE

-Kind, chill, and calm, and I like home to be that way, too. Very low drama-- just keep up the respect and communication, and we'll be fine.
-I enjoy Brazilian social dance, music of all kinds, social activism, running D&D games, breathwork and bodywork, ecosomatics, baking, druidic magic, cannabis (responsibly), learning about the world, and BBC nature documentaries
-I keep common areas respectfully tidy and hire a cleaning service every other week, but I'm not compulsive about cleanliness
