Rooms for rent - students welcome

Description

Off campus housing: My son and 4 of his friends graduate soon and will be off making a great start in their careers. Besides the lifelong friendships built in this house, there are lots of great amenities!
My desire is to create a safe, clean, friendly environment for students! One of my current tenents is graduating and I am so proud of her. I hope to continue providing this home as a service to many more students! 🥰
I currently have 2 available rooms. The other 2 rooms are occupied.
One room is furnished, the other has room for your students own furniture. I do not live in the house, but frequently check on the home to ensure everything is well maintained.
The house is ~8 minutes to UofH campus.
