Looking for a roommate

Roommate Wanted
$/month on a month to month term so you aren’t locked into a long lease. Includes utilities. Will have a shared bathroom, but is only shared if company is over (which we rarely have). Will have full access to common areas in house which include kitchen, laundry, living room etc…Parking will be in front of house on street (we live in the back of the neighborhood so there isn’t traffic). Will have access to neighborhood pool with key fob. Located just west of W between Pritchard and New Kings Rd. Must be ok with dogs as we have two. We are open to you bringing/having a small caged/aquarium sized pet. If you have some extra stuff too, we might be able to accommodate that.
Smoking/drinking is cool, just smoke outside if you do. We have a screened in back patio with a fenced in backyard, so you can hangout out there as well. We are pretty quiet. I am a full time student and I work, and my husband is military so he works full time as well. We don’t have people over often, and don’t party or anything. We are both late twenties.
