1 room for rent in bath

Description

We are looking for someone to join us on lease to be our roommate and live in our other bedroom in our apartment. Rent is $ with W/S/G included. Electric and internet are separate which can roughly be $ for both depending on the season. Looking for someone who has reliable income and can pass a background and credit check. Someone who is both responsible and respectful. We have 3 cats already so we’re asking for no more pets unfortunately We are very close to i and mill plain so great for transportation and we have a Walmart right next to us walking distance. We are also on the second floor and have a decent back patio with a storage closet. If there’s anything else you would like to know just message me!:)
