Master Bedroom (Private Bathroom)

Description

My name is Adam. I am thirty-one and work in management. My interests are a bit nerdy: board games, pinball, and sci-fi. In my free time I like to watch television and play video games. I enjoy listening to music on the occasion (headphones), but I'm quiet. I am clean and typically keep to myself. I have no animals. I am a nonsmoker and a social drinker.

I am looking for a roomate. I am currently renting a -bathroom apartment located in central Columbia, just off the Gervais Street bridge. A master bedroom is coming available in June with a private bathroom. The place has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool and grill access, small dog park with waste stations throughout the complex, and valet trash service (included in rent).

There are no additional monthly fees: no monthly utility, water, or parking fees (all is included in the rent). Electricity will be split evenly. I do not smoke. Vaping is fine but no actual smoking. If you have a dog or other pets, I am open for a conversation. If you do bring pets, there may be a pet charge and monthly charge from the apartment complex.
