Looking for a female roomate to take over my lease that goes until April of . The unit has an on dumpster, dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, radiant floor heating, a patio, a big prep and kitchen area, a common area, a furnished living room and an available master bedroom which is unfurnished. I am still not sure about the move in fee or security deposit yet. Also, utilities will depend on the season but is usually anywhere from . This is NOT included in the rent!
